Terms of Service

1. Subject matter

ByKA Insights operates a B2B platform for AI-assisted creation and publication of social-media content.

2. Contract formation

A contract between the tenant company and Kerim Agdaci is concluded after onboarding-wizard completion + DPA acceptance.

3. Compensation

The platform is currently in free tier. Future pricing models will be communicated 30 days before taking effect.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice to the end of a month.

5. Liability and Warranty

Entradigm is provided during the Beta without warranted properties and "as is". Our liability is governed by statutory provisions; in cases of intent and gross negligence and in cases of injury to life, body, or health, we are liable without limitation. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular those of consumers, remain unaffected.

6. Miscellaneous

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction Munich (where permitted).
